Site Disclaimer

Last updated: October 2026

Please read this disclaimer before you use delayapproved.living. It is a general template and not legal advice.

Referral Only

Delayapproved Concrete offers referral and marketing services and nothing more. We connect homeowners with independent local concrete providers. We do not pour, finish, stamp or seal concrete, and we do no construction work of any kind. Any work at your home is done by an independent provider, not by Delayapproved Concrete.

No Endorsement, No Promises

A connection to a provider is not an endorsement of that provider. We make no promise about the quality, timing, cost or outcome of anyone's work. We also cannot promise that a provider will have openings to take your job in your area at a certain time. Each provider is responsible for its own licenses, insurance and conduct.

Information Is General

The content here is meant to inform. It is not engineering, legal, financial or other professional advice. Soil, slope, weather and local rules differ from one property to another, so talk with a qualified provider about your own project.

About Costs

Prices on this site are typical U.S. ranges. They are not quotes. Real costs vary with the job, the location, the materials, the site conditions and the design. Ask the provider for a written estimate before any work is scheduled.

Permits and Local Rules

What we say about permits, HOA rules and building codes is general. We cannot tell you what your town or HOA requires. Check with your local permit office, your HOA and your provider.

Safety Around Concrete Work

Concrete jobs involve heavy equipment, digging and materials that can irritate skin and eyes. Keep children and pets away from work areas and wet concrete. If anyone is in danger, contact local emergency services first.

How We Are Paid

Delayapproved Concrete may receive payment from providers or marketing partners when we connect them with homeowners. Our Referral Marketing Disclosure gives more detail.

Accuracy of Information

We try to keep this site correct and current. We do not warrant that it is complete or accurate in every detail.
