Accessibility Statement
Last updated: October 2026
Delayapproved Concrete wants delayapproved.living to be usable by everyone, including people with disabilities. This statement describes how we think about accessibility. It is a general template and not legal advice.
Our Goal
We aim to offer a site that as many people as possible can use. We work toward the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.1 at Level AA, a widely recognized standard.
Steps We Take
To make the site easier to use, we try to:
- Arrange pages with clear headings in a sensible order
- Add text descriptions to images that carry meaning
- Keep text readable with strong color contrast
- Support full use with a keyboard alone
- Build layouts that fit phones, tablets and desktop screens
- Use plain, everyday wording
- Label every form field clearly
Where We Fall Short
Some parts of the site may not fully meet these standards yet. Third-party content, such as embedded tools, may be outside our control. We review the site from time to time and fix problems as we find them.
Other Ways to Get Help
If part of the site is hard for you to use, there are other routes. Request a callback to speak with a provider, or email contact@delayapproved.living and we will do what we can to help.
Tell Us What You Think
We welcome your feedback on how accessible the site is. Email contact@delayapproved.living and let us know:
- Which page or feature gave you trouble
- What went wrong and what you expected to happen
- Your browser, device or assistive technology, if you know it
We will read your message and aim to reply within a few business days.
Always Improving
Accessibility is never truly finished. We will keep it in mind each time we update the site.
