How to Make a Complaint

Last updated: October 2026

People who contact Delayapproved Concrete should be treated fairly. If something went wrong, we want to hear about it. This page explains how to raise a complaint and what to expect afterward. It is a general template and not legal advice.

Topics You Can Bring to Us

You are welcome to write to us about:

  • Your experience when calling or messaging Delayapproved Concrete
  • How your personal information was handled
  • Anything on this site that seems unclear or wrong
  • The behavior of a provider we connected you with

If Your Concern Is About a Provider

Providers in our network are independent businesses. Each is responsible for its own estimates, prices, workmanship and customer service. If you have a problem with work at your home, begin by raising it with the provider directly, and keep a written record.

Please tell us as well. Feedback about providers helps keep our network honest, and providers who repeatedly fall short may be removed. Be aware that Delayapproved Concrete cannot settle contract disputes, return money paid to a provider or act on a provider's behalf.

Sending Your Complaint

Email contact@delayapproved.living and include:

  • Your name and a way to reach you
  • The date you contacted us or the provider
  • The phone number you called or the form you used, if you remember
  • The provider's name, if you have it
  • A short account of what happened and what outcome you hope for

After You Write

We will confirm by email that we received your complaint, usually within a few business days. We will then look into what happened, which may involve contacting the provider. Afterward we will reply with what we found and any steps we plan to take.

If You Are Still Unhappy

If our answer does not settle things, reply and ask us to review it again. You may also contact your state consumer protection office or attorney general, or your local Better Business Bureau. Your state contractor licensing board may be able to assist with licensed providers.
